7.4.1    Nationalize the U.S. Postal Service

7.4.2    Qualify postmen to notaries documents, register voters, file claims and taxes, etc. especially for shut-ins.

7.4.3    Set aside the legislation requiring the postal service retirement fund be fully funded.
